Sean R. Lowe (2022) should be reprimanded accordingly since he broke the Aggie core values of respect, integrity, loyalty, and basic human decency in the video that surfaced over the weekend. He and others around him need to understand the blatant racism and hatred they displayed.

We want:

1) All students to sign the Aggie honor code acknowledging the core values of honesty and integrity in order to "promote understanding and loyalty to truth and confidence in each other" (Aggie Code of Honor)

2) The university needs a sanctions matrix similar to Title VI (prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color or national origin under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance) and Title VII (prohibits discrimination in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or national origin).

3) The university needs to have the same campaign as they did for Step In Stand Up, but for understanding hatred, racism, and how bystanders can intervene.

4) The students want transparency and serious repercussions that are in line with and in the commitment of our Aggie core values. Similar 'incidents' have occurred in the past and students have lost their trust with the university's ability to handle these situations.
