PUC & OPUC Back TWU Settlement — But Customers Say Enough!!

We’re at 991 verified signatures and closing in on 1,000. Texans across TWU‑served communities are reporting the same issues: unexplained usage spikes, inconsistent billing, and a lack of transparency.

TWU publicly claims to serve around 60,000 customers. We are closing in on our first 1,000 signatures in under a week, and our long‑term goal is to reach 10% of the customer base - 6,000 Texans standing together to demand transparency and accountability.

Recent filings in Docket 58682 — including #772, #773, and #774 — show TWU, PUC Staff, and OPUC all supporting the settlement, while the only opposition comes from the customers who actually live in these affected communities.
