Matt Hancock just laid out plans for testing but there was no specific mention of care workers who are looking after the elderly and vulnerable.

I’ve just finished work at the care home for today - my 18th day in a row to cover absence. My colleagues have symptoms and are self-isolated. I know they are desperate to get back to work but don’t want to put people at risk. They need testing now.
