Victory!

Many thanks to all the supporters for this just cause. As many of you already know, that finally Tesco has come to a reason and accepted our primary demand that no one should be penalised to use their car park to access different services around the shopping centre. Tesco has agreed on this as long as everyone using the car park adheres to the proper parking bay and the time limit of 4hours. Anyone who has been penalised before may claim back any penalties and these will be considered on a case by basis by UKPC. We also like to thank Cllr David Jenkins, and all the council officers, and departments in leading this negotiations with Tesco. Before we close this petition we have one final request forTesco: To put correct signage informing all car park users that they may leave their vehicle for upto 4hours provided they park in proper bays and do not misuse this facility. We also like to welcome all of you ,who got affected by these parking charges , to come back without fear. We all need your support to keep the Green shopping centre, its businesses, and the jobs up and running. And finally a big thank you to Tesco, to have agreed to our demands that the parking be available to all. Thank you!!!
