If I hit 40 signatures soon I will be able to promote this petition to help get more signatures. This is an important right, and in the middle of a war on addiction we cannot leave usable tools store away. I can understand prescription limitations but ya need to allow people that cannot have Narcan to also be able to get a prescription, and allow federal otp clinics to do what they do best. These clinics have standards and rules. The people that earned their take homes shouldn't have them stripped away.
