In breaking news, the Aircraft Noise Ombudsman (ANO), has received numerous complaints from concerned residents (well done Brisbane!) - yesterday he decided to undertake a “multiple complaints review as provided for in clause 47 of the Airport Noise Ombudsman’s Charter.” You can find out more about the ANO at: https://ano.gov.au/

A call to action. The ANO has requested more information by the end of January, 2021 at the latest, to help inform the review. Specifically the request is for further material relevant to:

- The notice you had of the potential impact of the new flight paths, and/or
- Opportunities you were aware of to participate in consultation

This is your chance to act! Please write directly to the ANO and tell them your story. Provide your experience of the consultation process and please also write a personal account about how the new flight paths affect you at home and work.  Don’t be afraid to elaborate.  Tell them how it’s affecting your children, their education, their school, your health, your business, your family, your daily functioning.
