This document will list the Provinces, define their boundaries, and set their capitals.
Province of Yisra’el:
It shall border the Province of Aegyptos to the west, it’s border being fixed on the Wadi El-Arish dry riverbed, then from there to the Red Sea, following Solomon’s Border. In the east, the Province shall border the Province of Arabia and the Province of Mesopotamia. The border shall start from the Red Sea, encompass the old borders of Jordan (as of 10/1/2024), until the coordinates of 33°22'29.0"N 38°47'37.2"E. From there, the border will continue along the old Syria-Iraq border (as of 10/1/2024), until it reaches the Euphrates River. From there, it will continue up the river, then along the old Turkey-Syria border (as of 10/1/2024), until it reaches coordinates 36°49'47.0"N 36°39'52.0"E. From there, the border will continue to contain the old Turkish subdivision of Hatay (as of 10/1/2024). The border will then connect at the Mediterranean Sea. Within the Province, it will not control the Old City of Jerusalem, in name or reality, as it is the Imperial Capital. The capital city of the Province of Yisra’el shall be in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
Province of Mesopotamia:
This province shall have it’s western border be with the Province of Yisra’el, encompassing the remainder of the old borders of Syria (as of 10/1/2024) that the Province of Yisra’el was not granted. It shall then contain the entirety of the former nations of Iraq and Kuwait, then the former Turkish subdivisions of Sirnak and Hakkari (as of 10/1/2024). The capital city of the Province of Mesopotamia shall be in Babylon.
Province of Anatolia:
The borders of this province shall contain the former state of Turkey (as of 10/1/2024), subtracting the subdivisions of Artvin, Erzurum, Agri, Igdir, Kars, Ardahan, Sirnak, Hakkari, Edirne, Tekirdag, Kirklareli, Hatay, and Istanbul. I shall also contain the Asian parts of Canakkale and Istanbul, but not the European parts. The capital of the Province of Anatolia shall be in Ankara.
Province of Graecia:
This province shall contain all of the former states of Greece and Cyprus (as of 10/1/2024), as well as the European holdings of the former state of Turkey (as of 10/1/2024). It shall also contain the former Bulgarian subdivisions of Smolyan, Kardzhali, and Haskovo (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Graecia shall be in Constantinople.
Province of Thracia
This province shall contain the lands of the former state of Bulgaria (as of 10/1/2024), subtracting the subdivisions of Smolyan, Kardzhali, and Haskovo. It’s borders shall also contain the former Romanian subdivisions of Constanta and Tulcea (as of 10/1/2024). Additionally, it shall hold the former Serbian subdivisions of Pirotski, Zajecarski, and Borski (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Thracia shall be in Pyrgus, formerly known as Burgas.
Province of Illyria:
This province shall contain the former states of Albania, Macedonia, Kosovo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Montenegro (as of 10/1/2024), subtracting the Serbian subdivisions of Pirotski, Zajecarski, and Borski. The province shall also contain the former Slovenian subdivisions of Mura, Drava, Savinja, Lower Sava, Central Sava, and Carinthia, as well as the former Croatian subdivisions of Vukovarsko-Srijemska, Osjecko-Baranjska, Brodsko-Posavska, Pozega Slavonia, Viroviticko-Podravska, Koprivnicko-Krizevacka, Bjelovarska-Bilogorska, Zagrebacka, Sisacko-Moslavacka, Zagreb City, Krapinsko-Zagorska, Medimurska, and Varazdinska (as of 10/1/2024). It’s capital shall be in Zagrabia, formerly known as Zagreb City.
Province of Armenia:
This province shall contain the former state of Armenia, as well as the former Turkish subdivisions of Artvin, Erzurum, Agri, Igdir, Kars, and Ardahan (as of 10/1/2024). It shall also contain the former state of Azerbaijan, aside from the subdivisions of Astara, Lerik, Yardimli, Lankaran, Massali, Celilabad, Neftcala, Bilesuvar, and Lankaran City (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Armenia shall be in Yerevan.
Province of Georgia:
This province shall contain the former state of Georgia (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Georgia shall be in Triphelis, formerly known as Tbilisi.
Province of Arabia
This province shall encompass the entirety of the former states of Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Qatar (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Arabia shall be in Medina.
Province of Italia:
The Province of Italia shall contain the former states of Italy, San Marino, and Malta, the former French subdivision of Corsica, and the remainder of the former states of Croatia and Slovenia, that have not been allotted to the Province of Illyria (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Italia shall be in Roma.
Province of Francia:
The Province of Francia shall contain the European territories of the former state of France, excluding Corsica (as of 10/1/2024). It shall also contain the former states of Monaco and Belgium (as of 10/1/2024.) The capital of the Province of Francia shall be in Paris.
Province of Germania:
The Province of Germania shall contain the former states of Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein (as of 10/1/2024). It shall also include the former Polish lands that reside within the historical German borders of 1914, as well as the former Russian subdivision of Kaliningrad (as of 10/1/2024). Germania shall also contain the territory of Memel, as defined in the Klaipėda Convention. The Capital of the Province of Germania shall be in Berlin.
Province of Iberia:
The Province of Iberia shall contain the former states of Spain, Portugal, and Andorra, to their extent in Europe (as of 10/1/2024). This includes Gibraltar, Las Palmas, Madeira, and Azores (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Iberia shall be in Madrid.
Province of Britannia:
The Province of Britannia shall include the former states of the United Kingdom and Ireland, to their extent in Europe, excluding Gibraltar (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Britannia shall be in Londinium.
Province of Scandinavia:
The Province of Scandinavia shall contain the former states of Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland, to their European extent (as of 10/1/2024). This shall also include Greenland. The capital of the Province of Scandinavia shall be in Stockholm.
Province of Venetia:
The Province of Venetia shall contain the former states of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and Poland, subtracting the lands held by the Province of Germania. The former Ukrainian subdivision of Transcarpathia shall also not be granted to the Province of Venetia (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Venetia shall be in Saint Petersburg.
Province of Carpathia:
The Province of Carpathia shall contain the former states of Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Moldova, Transnistria, Romania (subtracting Tulcea and Constanta), and the former Ukrainian subdivision of Transcarpathia (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Carpathia shall be in Budapest.
Province of Baltia:
The Province of Baltia shall contain the former states of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, excluding the territory of Memel, which is held by the Province of Germania (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Baltia shall be in Riga.
Province of Turchia:
The Province of Turchia shall contain the former states of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkmenistan, as well as the former Chinese subdivision of Xinjiang (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Turchia shall be in Tashkent.
Province of Seres:
The Province of Seres shall contain the former states of the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Bhutan (as of 10/1/2024). This excludes the former Chinese subdivisions of Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Seres shall be in Beijing.
Province of Corea:
The Province of Corea shall contain the two former Korean states (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Corea shall be in Seoul.
Province of Iaponia:
The Province of Iaponia shall contain the former state of Japan (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Iaponia shall be in Tokyo.
Province of Mongolia:
The Province of Mongolia shall contain the former state of Mongolia, as well as the former Chinese subdivision of Inner Mongolia (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Mongolia shall be in Ulaanbaatar.
Province of Persia:
The Province of Persia shall contain the former states of Iran and Afghanistan, the former Pakistani subdivision of Baluchistan, and the portion of Azerbaijan that is not within the borders of the Province of Armenia (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Persia shall be in Tehran.
Province of India Majora:
The Province of India Majora shall contain the former states of India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Kashmir, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Maldives, and Pakistan, excluding the former Pakistani subdivision of Baluchistan (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of India Majora shall be in Dellium Novum (New Delhi).
Province of India Minora:
The Province of India Minora shall contain the former states of Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia, and Singapore (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of India Minora shall be in Saigon.
Province of Oceania:
The Province of Oceania shall contain the former states and territories of Australia, New Zealand, Reunion, Archipel Des Crozet, Archipel Des Kerguelen, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Samoa, American Samoa, Tuvalu, Wallis and Futuna, Vanuatu, Tonga, Nauru, Solomon Islands, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Guam, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Rota, Tinian, Saipan, Indonesia, Borneo, East Timor, Windward Islands, Marquesas Islands, Niue, Ha Apai, Vava U, Cook Islands, Agalega, and any other territories discovered or undiscovered in the geographical region of Oceania, excluding Hawaii (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Oceania shall be in Sydney.
Province of America:
The Province of America shall contain the former states of the United States and Canada, excluding overseas territories, like Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands (as of 10/1/2024). It shall also contain the island of Bermuda and the islands of Hawaii (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of America shall be in the city of Washington, previously known as Washington D.C.
Province of Caribaeus:
The Province of Carabaeus shall contain the former states and territories of Cuba, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Andros, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Grenada, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Saint Lucia, Turks and Caicos Islands, Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire, as well as any other territories in the geographical region of the Caribbean Islands (as of 10/10/2024). The capital of the Province of Carabaeus shall be in Havana.
Province of Nova Iberia:
The Province of Nova Iberia shall contain the former states of Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Nova Iberia shall be in Mexico City.
Province of Amazonia:
The Province of Amazonia shall contain the former states and territories of Brazil, French Guiana, Suriname, Guyana, Uruguay, and Paraguay, aside from the former Paraguayan subdivisions of Alta Paraguay, Boqueron, and Presidente Hayes (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Amazonia shall be in Rio De Janeiro.
Province of Columbia:
The Province of Colombia shall contain the former states and territories Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, and the former Peruvian subdivisions of Loreto, Amazonas, San Martin, La Libertad, Cajamarca, Tumbes, Piura, and Lambayeque (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Colombia shall be in Bogota.
Province of Argentum:
The Province of Argentina shall contain the former states and territories of Argentina, Falkland Islands, South Georgia, South Sandwich Islands, Valparaiso, Chile, Bolivia, and the parts of Paraguay and Peru that do not belong to other provinces (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Argentum shall be in Buenos Aires.
Province of Mauretania:
The Province of Mauretania shall contain the former states and territories of Morocco, Tunisia, Libya, Algeria, Western Sahara, and the former Mauritanian subdivision of Tiris Zemmour (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Mauretania shall be in Carthago, formerly known as Tunis.
Province of Aegyptus:
The Province of Aegyptus shall contain the former states of Egypt, Sudan, and South Sudan (10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Aegyptus shall be in Alexandria.
Province of Aethiopia:
The Province of Aethiopia shall contain the former states of Ethiopia, Somalia, Eritrea, Djibouti, and the former Kenyan subdivisions of Lamu, Garissa, Wajir, Marsabit, Samburu, and Isiolo (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Aethiopia shall be in Ababa Aditus, formerly known as Addis Ababa.
Province of Africa Australis:
The Province of Africa Australis shall contain the former states of South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho, Swaziland, Zimbabwe, and the former Mozambican subdivisions of Tete, Manica, Sofala, Inhambane, Gaza, and Maputo (as of 10/1/2024). The Capital of the Province of Africa Australis shall be in Pretoria.
Province of Zairia:
The Province of Zairia shall contain the former states of Congo DR, Congo, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Angola, Zambia, Sao Tome and Principe, and Central Africa, as well as the former Cameroonian subdivisions of Sud, Est, Centre, and the former Malawian subdivisions of Chitipia, Karonga, Rumphi, Mzimba, Nkhata Bay, Nkhotakota, Kasungu, Mchinji, Ntchisi, Dowa, Lilongwe, Dedza, and Salima (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Zairia shall be in Bangui.
Province of Africa Occidentalis:
The Province of Africa Occidentalis shall contain the former states of Chad, Niger, Mali, Burkina Faso, Benin, Togo, Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Senegal, and Gambia, as well as the portions of Cameroon and Mauritania not already given to other provinces (as of 10/1/2024). The capital of the Province of Africa Occidentalis shall be in Lagos.
Province of Zanzibarus:
The Province of Zanzibarus shall contain the former states and territories of Madagascar, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Outer Islands (SC), Mayotte, Andjouan, Mouhili, and Andjazidja, as well as the portions of Malawi, Kenya, and Mozambique that are not already allotted to other provinces. The capital of the Province of Zanzibarus shall be in Kigali.
