Hello Everyone I hope everyone has had a good thanksgiving and weekend so far. They’re is a report involving a Wayne County ,Indiana guardian and who has been recieving complaints after a case involving a child who is under full custody under her urging of the judge to have the child’s mother have no custody . The mother has no criminal history and she has refrained from drugs and alcohol.. However,the father that she has the child put in custody of is involved with drugs including illegal marijuana. She also has been suspected that she’s been siding with men by not reviewing their history which a judge grants to the father . She is still an acting guardian who needs to be terminated and stripped from guardianship due to her unbiased ethics . This is the reasons why this law needs to be overturned and become a crime. They’re are way better ways to help people with their needs without being called “wards” and stripping their liberties. So,far this petition so far still only has 12 signatures. We need at least 1,000 signatures if not more to try and get to victory in the matter. So with that being said we have tons of work to do . So,let’s share this petition via Facebook,X,Instagram or any other social media platforms. You may also email ,SMS,or anyway you prefer to network.
