I am concerned about the treatment of the dogs in Clayton County Animal Control Center. I want to know what, if anything, is being done about the abuse. I’ve been told an investigation has been underway for several months now and want an update. I am very upset about the handling of these dogs pre and perimortum. Drs. Not using their tools to positively identify if dogs are deceased. The use of “Heart Sticks” have been outdated for a long time now, why are you still using that method? This method is extremely inhumane and allows the dogs to suffer for HOURS in some circumstances. What do you have to say for all of this?
