The time to ban the sale of pets at the Anderson Jockey Lot is long overdue. Not only is this a terribly set up sales place for backyard breeders, but recently there’s been a case of an injured puppy as well.

No ethical breeder sells their puppies at a flea market. We really need to improve the animal welfare laws around here. This could be a start.
