My petition is about rehab for addicts who are incarcerated. This is a win-win situation. Without treatment, it is inevitable that they will get out and go straight back to the streets, it is a vicious cycle. They know no other way. Imagine the money that would be saved because incarceration is so expensive. It would pay for itself. We need government support to get this accomplished. I wanted to have more signatures before presenting this to them. I'm going to do everything that I can to help accomplish this for my son, Jimmy, and all others affected.
