Hello everyone

I hope everyone is enjoying the summer and the possibility of many things as we return to a more normal life. 

As the next provincial (June 2, 2022), and municipal (Oct 24, 2022) and possible federal elections gear up please make Waverly an election issue. For that matter, make the environment an election issue. Many of us bring up these topics when political parties call us on the phone or send emails. Some offices who understand the problem even sign our petition. 

Yard Sale

Yes it is back! Mark your calendars for August 7th between 7 and 2 on Edgemere Road close to Waverly!!  I know many people found lots of treasures at our previous sales. We are looking for volunteers to help take any left over items to charities after the sale. We are looking for donations to the yard sale but we don't have any storage area. No deliveries of donations will be possible on August 7th. Please contact sloritio@hotmail.com with offers of help or donations.

A BIG shout out to the people who have volunteered to help us out. We have several excellent helpers for social media but could always use more help. Do you have any skills that will help us Save Waverly Woods? Fund-raising talents? Building bird boxes that we can sell? The possibilities are endless.
