Page 15 provides an analysis of the weather changes in the Niagara region between now and 2080 which are scary.

This is an opportunity as the public to make sure climate change is a priority in the official plan. Building on wetlands is a bad idea. A Natural Heritage System to preserve natural habitat and up-to-date Watershed planning are critical. An enforceable tree by-law is critical.
