Hello everyone

The written decision from the First Pre-hearing Conferences, in regards to the appeal with LPAT has been released. You can see the decision by typing PL180447 into the search box onhttps://elto.gov.on.ca/tribunals/lpat/e-decisions/ The recently released Second andThird Pre-Hearing Conference should be available soon at this site. You will find the list of issues on which the appeal is based on in this decision. 

As many of you who have known us for years or have recently met us at our fund-raisers know, we are members of the community who volunteer for multiple charitable and government agencies. We have hobbies like gardening, history and bird watching. We are in fact neighbours to many of you. We want our government to work, and work well, and we are willing to roll up our sleeves when we see a problem. And we remain hopeful of finding a better solution for the future of Waverley Woods than what is currently proposed.
