Hello everyone

The PreHearing Conference was yesterday. A date for the Hearing wasn't set because the Judge thought that a second PreHearing Conference was necessary. That meeting will be on Feb 7, 2019 at 10:30 am at the Fort Erie Town Hall. 

We have lots of good information for this appeal but now we need experts. This is where you can help. Experts are expensive and we need money to hire the best expertise possible - lawyers, planners, biologists, hydrologists etc.
