Hello everyone I'd like to update everyone about Waverly Woods. An Ontario Municipal Board appeal was submitted on Wednesday April 11th. This appeal is requesting a closer look at provincial, regional and local policies in regards to this area. Once more information is available about the process an update will be posted. A fund raising effort will also begin soon so that the best expert advice can be acquired. Some local residents have reported some concrete barriers have gone up blocking the paths that have been used by residents for decades. Several rumours are floating around that these are to prevent motorized vehicles from using this area but given that there are No Trespassing signs up, it might be wise to check with the town or your councillor to find out what is happening.
