Hello everyone. I am so grateful for your support. First some good news, our numbers are growing every day. We have 3545 signatures as of today. As some of you know the By-laws concerning this property were passed last night at Fort Erie Town Council. The audio for the Special Council meeting can be found on the link below. The next step is an appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB). I am optimistic about this process especially since we have several viable options for appeal and this will be very helpful in the mediation process which is the first step.
