Hello everyone. I was trying to summarize the people who are involved in Waverly Woods and why they are so passionate but equally frustrated. I realized it is because we care about the community we live in. We are not anti-development. We are in favour of smart growth that has a balance of prosperity and natural spaces. Indeed it has been shown that the loss of natural spaces decreases the property value of residents. Who would want to live beside a condo especially in Fort Erie? So we will continue this campaign to make Fort Erie better by saving Waverly Woods. If you think the current politicians are insulting Fort Erie citizens who care and choose instead to please a developer, then know that there can be a Better Niagara.
