The Fort Erie Town Council meeting tomorrow (Monday Feb 5th) starting at 6 p.m. is the only opportunity the community has to speak to Town Council directly about the proposed development at Waverly Woods/Erie Beach. You don't need to speak just show up so Town Council will know that the proposed development at Waverly Woods is a very important issue for many different reasons. The meeting starts at 6 pm in Town Council Chambers. If you choose to speak each speaker will have up to 10 minutes. Power point presentations can be given and the Town would appreciate speaker notes to assist with the preparation of minutes. You can bring the ppt presentation on a flash drive and load it immediately before speaking. You only need to raise your hand to be able to speak you don't need to be on the agenda. The proposed development includes a 10 story condo that will be constructed right in the woods. The impact on residents, local wildlife and migrating birds will be devastating.
