Tales from the Borderlands is an episodic game from the game developer TellTale Games that consists of several episodes within a game. The episodes are released on a 4-6 week period according to the game’s website (telltalegames.com). When customer contact the game developers via forums, the customers are directed to the frequently asked questions area of the site and/ or told the release dates are between 4 to 6 weeks. Included below are the episode names, release dates, and how many weeks between releases. TellTale Games need to remove the 4 to 6 week phrase from the site and replace it by saying episodes are released on date when they are finished-no generic time frame should be listed if they cannot deliver during the period promised.
Episode 3 should have been released on April 27, 2015 according to the 4 to 6 week promise.

The game developer does not return emails or phone calls. They are not customer friendly at all.

Customers go months with no new information. Please remove the 4 to 6 week phrase and update customers at least once a week on when the episodes will be released.
