Allowing Senator Menendez to continue serving as a US Senator sends the wrong message to the public. At a time when trust in government officials is at a low, and the public demands greater accountability and transparency from elected officials - it is essential that all improprieties of political figures are properly addressed. 

By not addressing the wrongdoing of Senator Menendez, we send the message that our political leaders are above the law and that corruption is acceptable. It is a slap in the face to the public, and the citizens of New Jersey deserve the best representation during these challenging times.
