It's unbelievable. On Friday, a Saudi air force officer shot and killed Americans at a U.S. Navy facility in Florida. 

And on Monday? The U.S. Congress got a final defense bill that protects the Saudi dictator.

The new defense legislation REMOVES proposed limits on US arms to Saudi Arabia, and REMOVES proposed penalties for Jamal Khashoggi's murder.
