When governments are already lagging dangerously behind on their climate targets, rich countries like the UK and Norway should not even be considering opening up any more fossil fuel projects. Meanwhile, oil & gas companies are making record-breaking profits by causing record-breaking temperatures across the world.

A massive oil field like Rosebank is simply a slap in the face to the millions already suffering the consequences of the climate crisis. It would push us closer to more parts of our world becoming uninhabitable, blow through the industry’s climate targets, and undermine the government’s climate commitments.

By pushing back on every front against this field, together we can delay, block and eventually stop this field.
