Critical Magistrate Hearing Coming Up On November 16th!

ATTENTION! There will be a Public Hearing on November 16th, where the public will be able to make statements and comments in front of a Special Magistrate.
The agenda for the hearing will be posted on Jupiter's town website by end of day on 11/9.
The decision of the Special Magistrate will certainly impact Mr. Modica's decision to possibly sell Suni Sands.
Stay tuned and check our social posts by the Jupiter Inlet Foundation or the town's website for updates on time.
The Historic Resources Board (HRB) was correct in its decision to preserve the entire parcel of Suni Sands. There was overwhelming evidence in the record to show that the unknown/unregistered areas of Suni Sands were just as important as the known/registered sites and should be preserved. The Town Council erred in failing to uphold HRB. Based on the record of the HRB proceeding, the Town gave away too much land to Developer.
