Modica has filed to have a Magistrate rule on all building restrictions and to over-rule the town.

While Modica has decided to fight the restrictions (see link below to attached story) on where he can build at Suni Sands, he has not yet heard from us. We need to keep reaching out and spreading the word. Let's grow the number of us telling him to do the right thing. Obviously he hasn't yet felt the pressure from the community. 

Please keep spreading the petition. Also, if you know of any news outlet that we can get this story to, please pass that along.
