The Harbor Commission of Barrington denied my appeal in a flawed and disrespectful hearing on September 17th and 27 days later they still cant  explain in writing why they did it.

This is the very legal definition of an arbitrary and capricious decision.

AND the Town Council won’t allow me to appeal that decision.

This is about open, fair, and accountable government.
