While VA Secretary Robert Wilkie backtracks on the agency's plans to end its wasteful and cruel dog tests, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has just announced a plan to end some of its deadly tests and adopt out dogs from its labs.

Help us do the same at the VA. If you haven't yet, tell Congress to pass the PUPPERS Act and permanently cut funding for the VA's dog tests.
