- It's Bad: VA drills into puppies' skulls, destroys their brains, and damages their spinal cords. Some are even denied pain relief and anesthesia.

I keep thinking about government dog #A7. The VA forced her to run on a treadmill to stress her exhausted heart. She died of a heart attack in a maximum pain VA lab.

It's too late for #A7. But these new puppies are only 9-months-old. We must not let them suffer and die like #A7 in taxpayer-funded torture.
