A “concerned citizen” of Baguio has started a petition to urge to Baguio City government to stop its support of the upcoming Halloween to-do this year. Their main reason for doing so? RELIGIOUS BELIEFS. Please sign to help keep Halloween a fun and inclusive experience for all participants. Happy Halloween!
