Its Wagyu patty is supplied by David Blackmore, who our top chefs say is Australia's best Wagyu beef farmer. He has farmed beef cattle in Alexandra, northeast of Melbourne, for 12 years and is a fifth-generation farmer. Mr Blackmore is an industry legend and was recently inducted into the hall of fame at the Delicious magazine Produce of the Year awards.
