TOMORROW: LERTA Hearing (Take 2)

Tomorrow at 6:30pm, County Council will consider a new LERTA for the Dixie Cup site. Since the last hearing, we've been made aware of over $400,000 in school, borough, and county taxes that the site owes. Additionally, there is now a developer who is offering to buy the site without a LERTA. It's unclear how these revelations will impact the County Council tomorrow night, so it is crucial that we turn out to send them a clear message: Vote NO on the LERTA for the Dixie Cup site.
