Hello, social workers! I wanted to reach out and say thank you for signing this petition. Over 160 of you have signed this petition, and I am so grateful. Putting yourself out there is never easy, and I've found it particularly uncomfortable in the context of social work. My background is in public policy and political campaigns, so I felt called to do something when I started to see these job postings get flagged. I plan to create a formal letter to send to the NASW from this campaign, but I want to get our numbers up a little more first. Social work is not an easy field to organize, and there aren't many formal ways to spread messages. Please do what you can to pass along this petition to social workers with shared values.
