Ban List...

Working on the Ban list. Some new (that's not on the OCG or TCG list) and some that's on TCG and/or OCG list as well. 

***NOTE*** This will not be final, IF Konami decides to implement the Format. This is just what I would prefer as the list for this new, and different format.

* HINT * Pot of Greed and Graceful Charity will be coming off the list. The errata of these cards will have to be changed a bit, specifying that they are a "once per duel" use or something like that so they effect doesn't get repeated multiple time. Still a lot of work to get this down. Will probably  get implemented for cards that are usable in the Captain format, but banned in the TCG/OCG.
