Recent Developments with NOAA

Today we have refreshed our petition language to include more up-to-date figures and information about the recent EPA budget proposals by the White House. We've also expanded our petition to include funding for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), commonly known for its weather forecasting services, climate monitoring, fisheries, and ocean services.
