Dear Supporters of Marshall 'Major' Taylor:

Three members of Congress are working together to draft the "Marshall 'Major' Taylor Congressional Gold Medal Act." They are Hon. Jonathan L. Jackson, IL01, Hon. Robin L. Kelly, IL02, and Hon. Danny K. Davis, IL07. 

We expect to see a draft of the legislation soon. 

Mr. Yvesner Zamar, Legislative Director to Congressman Jackson is coordinating the effort.
