The Center for Medicare Advocacy has officially launched the Home Health Access Initiative to take on inappropriate, far-reaching denials of benefits for Medicare home health services. They are building a coalition of partners for this endeavor, and Steve Gleason and Team Gleason have already made a significant financial contribution to help launch the first phase. So incredibly awesome!!! Much more funding is needed, however, and I am respectfully asking the ALS Association to join the coalition and step up to provide a substantial contribution in lieu of funding the previous, now obsolete proposal.
