Rockford Mayor, Tammy Bergstrom asks Dr. Matthews to collaborate

Why did RPS work in a silo and not involve the city? February 10th was the same night as the City Council meeting where they approved housing developments in Parkside boundaries.

Dr. Matthews still has not agreed to collaborate with Tammy Bergstrom, Mayor of Rockford nor Rockford City Council. He is still pushing his agenda without listening to the Rockford community.
