Firstly my apologies for not updating the petition for a while. I short there have been no developments until recently. It wasn't for the lack of trying but I finally got an email from the team responsible for the planning of Phase 3. There is going to be a Public Consultation on Phase 3 taking place at Southwater One (The Library) on the ground floor. The drop in sessions will be held on Wednesday 27, Thursday 28 and Friday 29 April, from 9am until 5pm each day. This is a bit annoying for many who don't work in the Town Centre or only go there in the evening. I will be meeting with the project manager on Tuesday to discuss the development. It looks like there will be a portion set aside for a green patch but there will be a hotel built in front of Mimosa. I have included an image below. I will update you when I have more.
