I believe, it is so simple that complex creatures like most of us like to think of ourselves as, will overlook it. Telepathy consist of thoughts, not voices in your head. This is why the language barriers won't  apply. You can have a telepath sending it in one language, and five or more people (from different countries and languages) willing to receive the the message, will receive it in their own different language. Animals think in thoughts not words, that is why their language transmits through all species. Kind of like an advanced sign language, only so critically simple and effortless, that many will oversee this. The hardest thing is being able to differentiate your own thoughts from what is conveyed to you. The simplest of examples I can utilize would be a pet or loved one, most would agree that they "feel" requests of "I would like something to eat, please?" or " I would certainly enjoy a walk, now, please?" or "How about some fresh water, I loath drinking from your toilet!"  The quicker we begin to admit these requests, the faster you will begin to differentiate the two thoughts. Your own thoughts are part of your internal conversation, yet these others most likely happen when you get eye contact with your pet in the beginning. After a while you can be at distances and receive messages, and much more. If our eyes receive light that creates images, you can bet that they can also project. Equal and opposite action per reaction? Technology is wonderful, for now. But when we have to mine and assemble, and create the needs in people to buy things in order to prosper, then we affect the world around us in a negative way. I believe that in lowering our demand for for materials an answer awaits, I believe in never designing anything so that it must be replaced (planed obsolescence). I believe that to associate a year and model is contributing to the product hurting sustainability. All these approaches help the economy but hurt mankind and our planet. The more there are of us, the less there are  them, and eventually a responsible society will emerge that will identify all the issues we have erred.  As most of you that have had the benign pleasure of knowing me (LOL) will agree, that without advancing telepathy to its proper place the problems will continue to hurt our planet, and every creature in or on it. The EMW (Electromagnetic Waves) are affecting all life forms, that I'm sorry to say, are far more developed than ourselves. Cetaceans can blow by us (pun intended) study what they value, and man again falls short of the mark. Even the jackass chewing cud in the field contributes less to the problems we face today than we do. And they all communicate telepathically. The less they value materialistically the greater the positive contribution they are ecologically. You see it constantly in herds of animals, they know the way, we do not. Above all love is the greatest, yet it must be shared, you cant have love unless you know how to forgive, why? Because it is through errors that we learn things. Telepathy is a hit and miss in the beginning. And peace? It is a by-product of love and understanding. So take some time chew your cud, and see if one of the many creatures doesn't talk back in a gentle way. Animals do speak, words aren't the only way, and your thoughts can help you see what you have been missing all along. Only because of denial, and our very own ignorance. Look it up, ignorance is simply not knowing, and can be corrected benignly by replacing it with awareness.
