Good Afternoon,

Two days ago I had the opportunity to speak with the school board president. He has put me on the agenda to share briefly (3 minutes) about our program during the public comment section of the board meeting. While it's a step in the right direction, we are still far from seeing this program implemented. I have completed the proposal and if you would like to see a copy please email me joshua@cornerstoneccd.org

The goal for the Nov. 16 board meeting is now to get them to put the proposal up for a vote at the Dec. 14 board meeting. Three minutes is not enough time and so I am asking if you would be willing to join me at the board meeting and stand up during the public speaking portion to share about how you see this as a need. If you would like some talking points I can provide those. Please reach out if you are able to be there and willing to speak.

We have also hit 251 signatures. I have gone through all my contacts and Facebook friends and my next plan is to see if I can stand outside of Albertsons. I believe we will need to get as close to 5,000 signature mark as possible if this is going to happen. Please continue to share the petition, reach out to friends, family, coworkers and anybody who will stop to listen.
