Letter is signed by Geraldine Locke, Lib Dem candidate for Hampton Wick by-election. We already knew that Space2Play were out of the running as they had little money and had a begging bowl out. Shocked to see that the EFA are out of the running, this puts Whitton in an even more perilous position. I urge everyone not to sign this petition that Geraldine Locke started because even if Imperial College listened to the reasoning, Whitton would still get screwed over by the "Inclusive" nature of all those trying to protect Udney Park for theirselves. Teddington, Fulwell AND Whitton parents will probably all end up getting screwed over, private developers buying Udney Park and everyone left with NO sports field, Turing House built in Whitton, parents fighting to get their children over to Whitton every day in the diabolical rush hour traffic, I feel your pain, we drive this route every day. If the select few (inc nobility) were not so petulant and threw their toys out of the pram very early on, which caused Richmond Council and Imperial College to cease negotiations, they could have had Turing House School built in Teddngton and had a large sports ground.
