The Washington Wizards as a team and organization continue to disappoint their fans every season. Everytime they have a year of improvement to be proud of, they follow it with a disappointing offseason resulting in a season of disappointment and frustration amongst the team and it’s fanbase. Overall the Washington Wizards are in dire need of a culture change and this will start with a new general manager who will make better trades, free agent acquisitions, and build a team for the modern NBA that fits well around our all-star backcourt. If nothing is done up top, then nothing will change on the court and the Wizards will continue to be a disappointment and complete waste of potential.
