We are petitioning for better public transport in and around the Marlborough, Tasman and Nelson regions. Our definition of better public transport is affordable bus tickets with bus passes available that regularly operate every 15-30 minutes or 30 minutes-1 hour at more rural locations or going across from Tasman/Nelson to Marlborough. We would also like better advertising for these services and other similar services like carpooling apps. As well as an app developed within the next 1-2 years that allows you to book a bus before the bus arrives so that you can have security knowing your bus is going to come. Our goal is 5000 signatures with this we are hoping to convince the councils.
