As downtown Cleveland's residential, work, and student populations continue to grow, Clevelanders need a convenient place to shop for everyday-items. There currently isn't a single large retail store in all of downtown. This needs to change.

Target has proven that it can incorporate it's stores effectively in an urban environment and we think one would fit perfectly in our growing downtown.
