Indian Bistro Restaurant On Wheels started this petition to Taralake Community and

INDIAN BISTRO RESTAURANT ON WHEELS .       We are serving our Taralake community from last 2 year's . Our location is near by Taralake Park. But now some of Taralake community people rising a issue about traffic. As we ( Indian  Bistro  Restaurant On Wheels and Lahori Bbq food  truck  is there from 2-3 last years and there is no such issues like this. Now suddenly the community is pressurizing us to close of our small Business.

On the evening of Saturday, May 30th.  Our MLA Devinder Toor came with few guys and guys with him was talking to us really rudely and asking us to shut down our Indian  Bistro Restaurant On Wheels  and Lahori Bbq Hut food truck. First they dont have any right to talk to us directly about this matter. They can go to city office or our ward 5's counsilor because this is city of Calgary's matter. They are scheduled a meeting on 5 June at 7 pm in Taralake park and they want us to come there . I don't know that why we have to go there because they want us to shut down or move from there. We already have all permits whatever we need as a mobile food vendor. I don't know what is exactly bothering them. Where is cities by law's officer because MLA was doing their job. As a responsible citizen , I do follow city of Calgary's rules and regulations. He also blamed both of the food trucks for littering, making noise, and many other things. Instead of appreciating the fact that we are providing food to the local community in this hard period of time. Since then people from there  have started parking their cars where the food trucks are supposed to park their trucks, on 80th avenue, this has resulted in us having a very hard time trying to operate our business. He also told us  that he will talk to Mayor Naheed Nenshi and the Police Chief due to the heavy traffic volume.

By signing this petition, I hereby agree that these food trucks should stay where they are, and be able to operate their businesses in peace.
