O M TO G! We did it guys! Judge Pape’s resolution this morning was for ABSOLUTE removal of the monuments from the Bastrop County Courthouse Lawn.... in an eloquent, well thought out, beautifully delivered speech and without hesitation, he petitioned for the REMOVAL of the Monuments ��‍♀️��‍♀️��‍♀️��‍♀️ There was no vote of the court however he was clear that the matter could not be put to a ballot vote and it is the responsibility of the court to do the right thing and take action for removal..... I could not breathe literally while he was speaking and still having a little trouble believing the words that I heard come out of his mouth, but WE DID IT! There is still a way to go before they come down, but they are coming down ..... our job now is to continue our efforts... we still need that final vote for removal, so continue to stay tuned to our messages and mobilization efforts! HUGE Thank You TO EVERYONE who wrote, called, signed the petition, showed up for the rally, offered guidance, showed up and showed out! You gave us strength in the fight..... I am overwhelmed and grateful! Thank You Lord Jesus Amen!
