I post this petition now and again on Facebook, when someone is talking about getting blocked for no good reason, or being censored, or other abuses. The threat to our rights and speech is growing, however. A section of the new NDAA now authorizes the government to target press and media as "propaganda" if it feels they are in substantial disagreement with government policy or "American values". With the incoming Administration, we are sure to see serious attempts to further target and muzzle our rights on the internet as well as the press. One by one, our lifelines to information are being cut. Perhaps it is a good time for you to share this petition (again) with your friends and networks. Provide a sense of urgency that we begin now to seriously resist this growing threat or lose our rights altogether. - thanks for your support, Red.
