Update:

We had a one hour interview so hoping she will do more.

I talked about so much more:

"It didn't yet include the part about the hospital not being "Kaiser" but just used kaiser financials to be able to bid for it because by law it was a requirement to have had been a nonprofit already in Hawaii. The  Maui Health admin in a letter said Kaiser Foundation Hospitals didn't get revenue from Maui Health. So if Kaiser Foundation doesn't get revenue then it is not investing in this hospital...then who is Maui Health? Who oversees this entity at the Kaiser enterprise? .... That was the main part . Was their bid legit in the first place. I talked about this for 30 minutes.  About the biggest fake out of 2017.  What and who is Maui Health ?

The second point i made was that there's no governance or check and balances on the administration . No one checks if they are interfering in the practice of medicine. There are contracts given to hospitalists groups that show them interfering in the practice of medicine.

The third is that they are using uor or peer reviews and weaponizing this against doctors who are patient  advocates or staff advocates exemplified by the Dr David Williams ordeal.

 There's so much more there. I will just have to keep writing here. I hope there will be more segments coming from our local maui correspondence Ms Davis. I appreciate her time.
