Many individuals, such as myself, have experienced difficulty in recieving the ideal amount of hot sauce packets with our meals ordered at Taco Bell. When going throught the drive thru, many like myself, have had to deal with attitudes and poor customer service from drive thru employees when asking for a respectable amount of hot sauce to compliment our delicious tacos and burritos. This is a simple request to standardize the number of hot sauce packets the company hands out for every taco, burrito, or other single entree selection to a minimum of 2 packets of sauce.
