Today, a judge ruled that Amherst County Attorney Ellen Bowyer can move forward with the lawsuit and make her case alleging that charitable funds have been misused by Sweet Briar College. This is a key element of her lawsuit to block the closure of our beloved college. This is a huge step forward for us!
